INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER
The EPE/SPA Algérie Télécom Satellite (ATS) is making an international call for tenders for the supply of 24 MHz of satellite bandwidth in the standard Ku band.
This call for tenders is open only for satellite operators covering Algeria.
1/ specifications document withdrawal:
Companies interested in this tender may get, through their duly mandated representative, the specifications from - Direction Commerciale, Algérie Télécom Satellite, Route Nationale N° 36 Ben Aknoun Alger -.
2/ Tender presentation:
The bidders must submit their tender in two separate folders:
The 1st folder includes the technical offer (one original and one copy) which contains the required documents as depicted in the specifications.
The 2nd folder includes the financial offer (one original and one copy) including all the required documents.
3/ Tender submission:
The two separate folders (technical and financial offers) must be placed in a single sealed and anonymous envelope bearing only the words:
“SOUMISSION
Appel d’offres international N° 05/2010 / Fourniture de segment spatial 24 MHz en bande Ku.
A NE PAS OUVRIR”
The envelope must be submitted at the above mentioned address on the 09/05/2010 no later than 13:30. The bids opening will be on the same day (09/05/2010) at 14:00 with the attendance of tenderers who are kindly invited.
The tenderers will remain committed by their offers for 60 days from the date of submission of tenders.
