SELECTIVE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

          Algérie Télécom Satellite (ATS), a subsidiary of Algérie Télécom Group is launching a selective call for tender for the digitization of its domestic satellite earth stations located in the southern part of the country (supply, installation and activation of satellite communication equipments). This call for competition is open only for manufacturers or professional companies in the field of digital satellite communication and having achieved at least one comparable project in the field of digital satellite communications earth stations.
1/ Book of specifications withdrawal:
Companies interested in this tender may withdraw, through a duly mandated representative, the book of specifications near the  - Algérie Télécom Satellite, Direction Commerciale DMC/SDM,
                                               Route Nationale N° 36 Ben Aknoun Alger,
in return of the payment  of 30 000 AD or its equivalent  in foreign currency. The payment will be made at the BNA Bank  (Agency N°634 Oued Smar, Alger)

2/ Tender presentation:
The tenderers must submit their tender in two separate folders:
   The 1st folder includes one (01) original and one (01) copy of the technical offer which contains the required technical and administrative documents and the bid bond as depicted in the book of specifications. The only mention that will appear on the folder is “OFFRE TECHNIQUE”.
    The 2nd folder includes one (01) original and one (01) copy of the financial offer which comprises all the documents as required in the book of specifications. The only mention that will appear on the folder is “OFFRE FINANCIERE”.
3/ Tender submission:
    The two folders (technical and financial offers) must be separated and placed in a duly closed and anonymous envelope with the only mention:
“SOUMISSION
Selective national and international call for tender N° ATS/DC/01/2009 for the Digitization Of Domestic Satellite Earth Stations (supply, installation and activation of satellite communication equipments). A NE PAS OUVRIR”
     The Deposit day is 30/06/2009  at 13:30, on the above mentioned headquarter.
. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 14:00 at the above mentioned address. Tenderers are invited to attend the ceremony.
The tenderers remain engaged by theirs tenders during 60 days starting with the tender submission deadline.
