    SELECTIVE  INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

Algérie Télécom Satellite (ATS), is launching a selective international call for tender for the supply internet residential connection via satelite. This call for competition is open only for Satellite operators

1/ Book of specifications withdrawal:
Companies interested in this tender may withdraw, the book of specifications near the  -
Algérie Télécom Satellite, Direction Commerciale DMC/SDM,
                                            Route Nationale N° 36 Ben Aknoun Alger,
         
2/ Tender presentation:
The tenderers must submit their tender in two separate folders:
   The 1st folder includes one (01) original and one (01) copy of the technical offer which contains the required technical and administrative documents  as depicted in the book of specifications. The only mention that will appear on the folder is “OFFRE TECHNIQUE”.
    The 2nd folder includes one (01) original and one (01) copy of the financial offer which comprises all the documents as required in the book of specifications. The only mention that will appear on the folder is “OFFRE FINANCIERE”.

3/ Tender submission:
    The two folders (technical and financial offers) must be separated and placed in a duly closed and anonymous envelope with the only mention:
“SOUMISSION :
 Appel d’offres international N° 06/2009 Fourniture de  solution de  service d’internet  par satellite  A NE PAS OUVRIR”

The envelope must be deposit to the above mentioned address. The deposit date is  15/11/2009 before 13:30. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 14:00 at the above mentioned address. Tenderers are invited to attend the ceremony.
The tenderers remain engaged by their tenders during 30 days starting with the tender submission deadline.
